The iChange Method helps leaders and teachers develop inclusive classrooms and schools.
iChange co-founders Martha Caldwell and Oman Frame saw the profound effects of inclusive learning communities playing out in their students' profound growth and development. They were thriving emotionally, socially, and intellectually. Inspired by the caring relationships among them, they were engaged, invested, and excited to learn. Their capacity for higher order thinking emerged naturally, along with their potential for inclusive leadership.

We offer a variety of workshop topics for professional development, in-service training, and continuing education.
Each highly interactive workshop includes opportunities for personal reflection, interpersonal experiences, learning foundational concepts, and ideas for practical application.
Our inclusivity workshops include a variety of 60-minute and 90-minute sessions facilitated by a diverse team of iChange experts.

Our coaching fosters visionary leadership in school leaders, board members, DEIB committees, and parents. We keep you focused and aligned with purpose as you build momentum and champion DEI throughout the school community.
Additional Services Include conflict resolution, focus group facilitation, and employee resource group facilitation and support. We offer individual sessions, small group sessions, and coaching packages.
